Cancellation and No-Show Policy for Nhance Skin Aesthetics

At Nhance Skin Aesthetics, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, but we also value the time of our clients and our practitioners. Therefore, we have established the following Cancellation and No-Show Policy to ensure fairness and efficiency in managing appointments for our medical spa services.

1. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellation Timeframe: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

b. Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via phone at +1(813)809-5573 or email us at [email protected]. Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

c. Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee. The fee will be 50% of the cost of the service booked. Thank you for your understanding.

2. No-Show Policy:

a. No-Show Definition:
A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice.

b. No-Show Fee:
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee. The amount of the fee will be equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service.

3. Exceptions:

a. Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to provide the required notice due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
